  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • We ship to all EU countries.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • We use a variety of carrier services like DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes, Omniva and local P.O. Extra delivery cost might apply depending on the courier service selected.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All delivery issues are handled by the shipping service.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any military addresses.
  • We assume no liability if you utilize PO boxes, Packstations, Relay Points, Forwarding businesses, or public locations as delivery addresses.
  • Shipping timeframes and charges may vary based on the country of destination; this information will be presented on the checkout screen before you complete your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the product can lawfully be imported to the country of your choice.

Return Policy

At our online store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping address and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and show no signs of wear or damage.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • Any free gifts obtained with the order must also be returned; otherwise, the value of the gifts (based on their suggested retail price) will be removed from the refund.

The following items are excluded from the right of return: 

  • Products whose original seal has been damaged. 
  • Products returned after the return period has expired. 
  • Unsealed vaporizers or pipes upon delivery (for health and hygiene). 
  • Vaporizers returned partially under warranty must be returned with all original package components. 
  • Perishable products

Please note that we do not accept returns of final sale items. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at so we can assist you.

Please note also that under EU regulations you are also entitled to a 14 day withdrawal period.

Return Verification 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
